For France, DHL Express/Colissimo deliver orders within 2 working days. For Europe, DHL Express/Colissimo usually deliver orders within 3 working days.

For the rest of the world, DHL Express deliver orders within 4 to 5 working days. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to local regulations, if your order contains perfumes.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday, will be prepared and sent on the same or following working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent the following Monday or Tuesday.

You may follow the progress of your delivery using the link indicated in your shipping confirmation email, sent by DHL Express/Colissimo.You may also follow the progress of your delivery on our website eisenberg.com, under "My account" section.

Delivery costs are confirmed at Step 3 of your order.

Shipping by DHL Express/Colissimo in Metropolitan France and countries which are members of the European Union including Norway and Switzerland is free of charge, for all orders over 149€.

Shipping by DHL Express/Colissimo is free of charge all over the world, for all orders over 250€.

You may change your delivery address under the section Your Account. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated when confirming your order. You cannot change your delivery address after the order has been confirmed.

Unless mentioned otherwise, your parcel will be delivered within :

  • 2 working days for France
  • 3 working days for Europe
  • 5 working days for rest of the world from the shipping confirmation date of your order.

Delivery times do not include weekends, public holidays, and may vary for reasons that are beyond our control. Due to local custom regulations, delivery times may be extended if your order contains perfumes. If you have not received your order after several days, you may contact our customer service using the contact form. The customer service is at your disposal from Monday to Friday, from 9.00am until 6.00pm.

You may pay on the EISENBERG e-shop using a bank card, visa or mastercard, and Apple Pay.

Promotion codes can be used in the "my cart" page containing the details of your order. You may then click on the "+"next to "Advantage code" and enter the code. A promotion code can be used only once.

To finalise your order, you need to "register" your Visa Card or Mastercard in your 3D SECURE bank system, or your AMERICAN EXPRESS card in the Safe Key bank system. Once registered, a request for payment authorization will be sent to your bank which will, in turn, text you an authentification code. Upon entering the code, your payment is authorised and your order is confirmed.

Please be informed that we use a safe and secured payment system so as to prevent fraud.

To proceed and finalise your order, you need to "register" your visa card or mastercard with your 3D SECURE bank system, or your AMERICAN EXPRESS card in the Safe Key bank system. Once the registration is completed, and when making the payment, a request for authorization is sent to your bank which will text you an authentification code. Once you enter the code the payment is authorized and your order is confirmed.

You may follow the progress of your delivery using the tracking number in the confirmation email you received for your parcel's shipment, sent by DHL Express/Colissimo. You may also follow the progress of the delivery on our web site eisenberg.com, under the section "My Account".

Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation on the e-mail address used to place your order and/or to create your online account.

To join the Cercle Privilège, simply create your account on the eisenberg.com website. You will receive an email confirming your registration.

For every 3€ spent, you earn 1 Privilège Point. You can also perform certain actions to earn more points such as : follow us on instagram, post a product review or enter your birthday during account creation. You can take advantage of your benefits at any time, or you can also choose to accumulate more points to reach the next level.

The Cercle Privilège has 4 levels. Each member belongs to one of the 4 levels according to the number of points accumulated since joining the program. When you create your customer account, you start at the "Bronze" tier. You can find details of the different levels in our General Terms of Use / GTU. The more points you accumulate, the more you progress to the next levels. You can check your status at any time on the dedicated program page or in your customer account. Here are the different levels:- Bronze tier: from 0 to 2399 points - Silver tier: from 2400 points to 4799 points - Gold tier: from 4800 points to 9599 points - Platinum tier: from 9600 points

We calculate loyalty points from the invoiced amounts, so it is the amount paid after entering advantage code if any, that will be counted. Delivery charge is not taken into consideration.

To take advantage of the free products, a discount on your order or free shipping, simply unlock the desired benefit in the loyalty program page, and insert the corresponding code while placing your order. The Discovery Sets or Beauty Consultations are available upon request, please contact our customer service.

The quality of our products are guaranteed as long as they are stored in appropriate conditions and before they are opened. Once opened, you may verify how long the product can be safely used. This duration is indicated by the "PAO" symbol (Period After Opening) - illustrated by an open jar printed on the product packaging in which a duration in months ("M") is indicated. If you would like more information, please email your request using the contact form and indicating the name of the product as well as its production lot number, located under its package or container (airless, bottle or tube).

With each order, you will receive a minimum of 5 samples. For any purchase over 75€, you will receive 8 samples. You can choose these free samples at the checkout yourself, or prefer to receive a selection made by us by clicking "Surprise me". Testers and samples are also available at our partner retail shops, where an EISENBERG beauty consultant will help you choose the best products to meet your needs.
